Fishing Club 2 is a decent sequel, but it feels more like a careful refresh than a major step forward. At the same time, the game still lives or dies by a very simple catch and multiplier loop, and that limits how much depth or surprise it can offer over a longer session. So while it is pleasant, polished, and probably better balanced than many light gambling side games, it does not have enough mechanical weight to feel genuinely strong. It is a fine casual release, just not a particularly memorable one.
