Six Feet Under takes Nolimit City somewhere even less welcoming than usual. A deeply unpleasant host has a habit of making new friends and then giving them a permanent place underground, which leaves the 6×6 grid buried beneath dirt, roots and whatever else has been hidden down there. The whole thing is filthy, claustrophobic and deliberately uncomfortable, but also unmistakably Nolimit City. Even by the studio’s standards, this is a dark one.
The clever part is that digging is not just decoration. Only the upper section of the grid starts properly open, while Bombs gradually blast dirt away and uncover Gems, Scatters and more playable space. Gems can grow during cascades, Shovels and Toolboxes improve what is buried below, and different Bombs clear completely different areas. Once everything starts interacting, a fairly restricted opening grid can turn into a 46,656-way mess of explosions, growing prizes and freshly uncovered symbols.
