It is also nice that the game stays readable. Even with the wheel and expanding wilds, it never becomes messy or difficult to follow.

The mechanics work, but they feel a little safe, and the Aztec underworld idea never becomes as distinctive as it could have. So while the slot is perfectly playable and has enough volatility to keep stronger hits in sight, it ends up feeling more like a respectable mid-tier release than a standout one.
