Google Pay Withdrawals
This is the part of the Google Pay casino experience that catches players out most often.
Google Pay does not support casino withdrawals. Not at any casino, not in any country. This is not a technical limitation that will be fixed with an update, it is Google's deliberate policy. Google Pay's terms of service do not permit incoming transfers from gambling operators to the wallet. The service was built as a payment tool, not a money transfer tool, and Google has chosen not to build the infrastructure for casino payouts.
The same applies to Apple Pay. Both services operate as one-directional casino payment methods.
What to do instead?
Set up a withdrawal method before you make your first Google Pay deposit. The simplest option is a direct bank transfer using your IBAN. No new account required, works at every casino and funds arrive in 1-3 business days. If you want faster payouts, check whether the casino offers Brite, Trustly or an e-wallet for withdrawals.
One thing many players miss: at most casinos, you need to make at least one deposit using your chosen withdrawal method before you can actually withdraw through it. If you plan to cash out via Skrill, make a small Skrill deposit first. Bank transfer via IBAN is usually the exception because casinos can verify your account ownership through KYC without requiring a prior deposit.
