Ninja Casino launched in 2016, built by Swedish company Global Gaming 555 AB, and it was Sweden's first no-registration casino effectively the original pioneer of the entire Pay N Play concept. In 2019, Sweden's gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, revoked the Swedish licence held by Global Gaming's subsidiary SafeEnt Ltd, citing “serious deficiencies.” The regulator specifically found that the operator had failed to intervene appropriately when customers were spending large sums without the duty-of-care checks required under Swedish law. Global Gaming appealed the decision three separate times. Through the administrative court, the appellate administrative court, and finally the Supreme Administrative Court and lost at every stage. Operations in Sweden continued temporarily during the appeal process through a white-label arrangement with Finnplay.
In 2020, Baltic gaming group Enlabs acquired more than 96% of Global Gaming's shares, and Global Gaming ceased to exist as an independent company once it was absorbed into Enlabs. The brand later passed into the hands of Entain, one of the largest gambling companies in the world. Ninja Casino relaunched in Sweden in August 2022 on Entain's technology stack and compliance framework, with Enlabs' operating chief publicly promising a “different business mindset” going forward.

The wagering requirement applies to deposit plus bonus combined a €30 deposit, for example, requires turnover of (€30 + €60) x 10 = €900. Only bets with odds of at least 1.70 count toward clearance, and on combination bets, every individual selection needs odds of at least 1.50. The bonus can be used on any bet type or market, but not on casino games.
The full wagering requirement must be cleared within 30 days of activation or the bonus is automatically forfeited. Withdrawing funds before the requirement is met forfeits both the bonus and anything won with it, and bets settled via cash-out don't count toward turnover. The offer is limited to one per player, IP address or household.
Ninja Poker's offer carries a much bigger headline number but runs on a different mechanic entirely. Activation requires a minimum €80 deposit, after which every 100 Status Points (SP) converts into €1 of real-money bonus. SP accumulates through table play, 10 points for every €1 in rake or fees paid.
The bonus stays active for 90 days after activation, giving considerably more time than the 30-day window on the sports offer.
